MercAftermarkets offers the following Returns Policy:
Returns are accepted within the first 30 days but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee depending on the product and time frame for return, and actual shipping will not be refunded. Items are only shipped for free if the item is kept. Returns are only accepted on unused / uninstalled items. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON USED ITEMS. If the product is under warranty, and malfunctions, then we will assist with getting the information over to file a claim and get your product serviced or replaced, but we do NOT give refunds on failing items or items that have not held up. These parts are only available for a warranty replacement / repair per the respective manufacture.
International Customers - MercAftermarkets is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the customer for shipping to a foreign country. All shipping prices quoted do not include duties or taxes by your respective counties. If an item is returned, MercAftermarkets will not pay any duties or taxes that the international customer has paid.
MercAftermarkets will not be held responsible for any order in which the customer ordered the wrong part. It is the customers responsibility to find out which generation or shaft length they need for their boat or give us a call for assistance. We can only give guidance for applications - It is the customers job to tell us what they have and we can make suggestions based on the information we have been given but will not be held responsible if we do not have the correct information. If the customer gives us a year of the boat, we can suggest which generation they may have, but the only way to be sure is if they have the serial number. If the customer orders the wrong part, we will gladly work with the customer to make sure they get the part they need but WILL NOT cover any of the shipping costs due to a mistake on the customers end and your returned part will have a 10% restocking fee. If you order a Gen 1 and we ship you a gen 2, then we will fix our problem at our cost, but if you order a gen 2 and needed a gen 1, then it will not be covered by us. Orders received after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day.
MercAftermarkets is not held liable for any charges (ie the removal and replacement of a failed drive in the event of a failure). We do not reimburse the end user for any cost involved with removal of a drive that has failed due to internal failure or any other failure. MercAftermarkets is not responsible for any loss of revenue due to any failure / removal or other issues with any parts purchased through MercAftermarkets inc.
Refunds will not be given on installed items, if an item fails as mentioned, we will work with the customer to follow the proper warranty claims and get refer the customer to the appropriate company to follow through with the warranty claim. Refunds are not given on any special order items or electronic items purchased regardless of condition.

ALL ORDERS processed after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day. During peak season we cannot guarantee shipment within 24 hours. We will alert you by email if your order is going to ship out later than 72 hours.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
